Monterey Bay
Ninety-Nines
It feels
far better than wonderful. It feels like winning the lottery,
having a birthday, waking up on Christmas morning with snow on
the ground, and getting to go home early from work for no reason
all in one moment. Yes, beyond wonderful.

Johnson on earning her Private Pilot Certificate on March 8,

A Bit About
Our Chapter
- Our Meetings ~
- We meet on the third Wednesday
of each month at 7:00 PM in the EAA hangar at the Watsonville
Airport. We generally have a guest speaker, a business meeting,
some hangar flying and refreshments (not necessarily in that
order).
-
- Our Newsletter ~
- Each month, our Newsletter Editor Dena
Taylor puts together our newsletter, Logbook. It is full
of upcoming activities, flying adventures, hangar flying, pictures
and contact information. It is sent to all our members and student
pilots. If you are interested in receiving a copy, please contact
Dena
with your request. Also, if you have something to include in
an issue, send it to Dena as well.

-
- Flying Activities ~
- Each month, weather permitting, we
have a fly-out to another airport for our flying pleasure. We
often invite other chapters to join in the fun and love to take
our friends (flying and non-flying) with us. Check our calendar to find
out our next destination and contact Kryss Crocker (our flying Activities Chairman) with flying
ideas.
